Higueron Valley from Higueron Resort
This magnificent new-build complex offers both luxurious apartments and penthouses right on the sea. Valley Collection of the Higuerón Resort has a total area of approximately 74,703 m². The complex consists of several buildings, all three storeys high. A total of 224 homes will be built.
There will be 141 two-bedroom apartments, 45 three-bedroom apartments and 38 three-bedroom penthouses. As everywhere at Higuerón Resort, a lot of attention is paid to green nature; 20,000 m² of green areas will be created with walking paths. Each apartment building will have one own infinity pool to get. By default, all homes get two parking spaces and a storage room. The location of the houses all face south or southwest and are placed on various platforms at different heights/levels to guarantee a beautiful sea view. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea from your spacious terrace.
The exterior design will be very similar in architecture to Med One-Two by Higuerón Resort. Tecnal for exterior carpentry, Zampieri for kitchens, Duravit, Kaldewai, Hansgrohe, etc.
Changes to personal taste are possible as long as they fall within the deadlines.
Green development – Breeam certified
Within the development, much attention is paid to ecological sustainability. The homes are Breeam (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) certified. The guarantee that they meet all criteria for efficiency and sustainability. Both in the design phase and during construction, every effort has been made to reduce CO2 emissions and the ecological footprint. The apartments are not finished with the best and most durable materials.

Prices of this project:
- apartments with two bedrooms/approximately 90 m2 – from 485,000 Euro
- three-room apartments/approximately 120 m2 – from 690,000 Euro
- penthouses/130m2 with three bedrooms – from 1,325,000 Euro to 1,950,000
