Higueron Valley from Higueron Resort
This magnificent new-build complex offers both luxurious apartments and penthouses right on the seafront. Valley Collection at Higuerón Resort has a total area of approximately 74,703 m². The complex consists of several buildings, each with three stories. A total of 224 homes will be built.
There will be 141 two-bedroom apartments, 45 three-bedroom apartments, and 38 three-bedroom penthouses. As with everything at Higuerón Resort, there will be a strong focus on greenery and nature; 20,000 m² of green spaces will be created, including walking paths. Each apartment building will have a own infinity pool to get. By default, all homes get two parking spaces and a storage room. The location of the houses all face south or southwest and are placed on various platforms at different heights/levels to guarantee a beautiful sea view. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea from your spacious terrace.
The exterior design will be architecturally very similar to Higuerón Resort's Med One-Two. Tecnal for exterior carpentry, Zampieri for kitchens, Duravit, Kaldewai, Hansgrohe, etc.
Changes to personal taste are possible as long as they fall within the deadlines.
Green development – Breeam certified
The development focuses heavily on environmental sustainability. The homes are BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) certified, guaranteeing that they meet all efficiency and sustainability criteria. Throughout both the design and construction phases, every effort was made to reduce CO2 emissions and the ecological footprint. The apartments are finished with the highest quality and most sustainable materials.

- three-room apartments/approximately 120 m2 – from €690,000
- penthouses/130m2 with three bedrooms – from Euro 1,325,000 to Euro 1,950,000
